Every order is handmade with care, so we want you to love what arrives. If anything isn't quite right, here's how we'll put it back together.
Our 30-day guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free of charge or refund you in full — whichever you'd prefer.
Personalised items
Because personalised pieces are made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind once they've been printed. But if there's a spelling mistake on our end, a quality issue, or damage in transit, we'll always remake it.
Please double-check your personalisation before placing your order — what you type is what we print.
Non-personalised items
Standard non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in their original condition. Buyer covers return postage.
How to get in touch
Email us at hello@littleolivebranch.com with your order number and a photo if anything's wrong, and we'll sort it within 1–2 working days.
