Shipping & Delivery
Everything is handmade and dispatched by us from our studio in Tamworth.
First Class — Royal Mail
Our standard option for most orders.
- Delivery aim: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Dispatch: usually within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.
- Best for: orders that aren't time-critical — birthdays, anniversaries and occasions you've planned ahead for.
Next Day Express — Royal Mail
Need it in a hurry? Express orders skip the queue and are prioritised in the studio.
- Order before 12pm: dispatched the same working day.
- Order after 12pm: dispatched the next working day.
- Queue jump: as soon as an express order comes in, it becomes our top priority — we'll make, package and post it ahead of any standard orders waiting.
- Delivery aim: next working day from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked / Special Delivery.
Working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed from Monday morning.
Packaging
Cards are sent in a brown kraft envelope inside a protective cello sleeve, with a rigid mailer where needed to keep everything flat and crease-free in transit.
Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail occasionally has delays beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll do everything we can to help.
